丰田WG共通EDI※1是丰田工作小组经研讨建立的丰田集团零件生产厂可共通使用的机制。通过共通EDI和TOPICS套装系统的结合，进一步实现了效率化。
丰田WG共通EDI通过统一※3过去各种形式的单据和数据，从而标准化接受订货和订货的业务。引进该系统的所有企业都可通过EDI来进行交易。
作为丰田WG共通EDIEDI-ASP服务※4，我们提供具有Web浏览器上简易接受订货和订货功能的“基本模块”、补充看板交货指示功能和订单出货功能的“选项模块”、与各公司独自的主干系统相结合而使用的“外部界面模块”等等，请依据贵公司的处理量和使用情况来进行选择。

※2为构建零件生产厂之间供应零件的标准运用系统，于2010年所成立的工作小组。
