Delivery order/receiving system
This is a procurement and receiving operation support system of component parts and materials for feeding production line under fill-up production (Pull) system utilizing Kanban.
Purpose of system
Our system supports improving accuracy of delivery, lowering inventory level, reducing clerical workloads and cutting down procurement lead time where we practice Just-in-time procurement of parts/materials, automation of voucher process, and synchronization of physical goods with their identifiers. .
Pullsystem
The system provides such functions as production order, in-plant logistics, and procurement instruction, interface with enterprise system under one-way (on-line/electric) Kanban system.
It also enables to reorganize production plan with less down-time flexibly.
Purpose of system
Pullsystem consists of three major functions, “Operate”, “Plan” and “Control”.
It is an all-in-one package solution to run one-way (on-line/electric) Kanban system.
“Operate” means to create fill-up instruction when parts are withdrawn (or used), “Plan” means to calculate appropriate Kanban cycles based on MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and “Control” means to manage gaps between plan vs. actual record and status of progress.
